Founder & Broker · New Orleans Property Services, LLC
Her Story
Kari Kramer Ayala has been part of the New Orleans real estate market since 1998 and a licensed REALTOR® since 2004. In 2007 she founded New Orleans Property Services and has spent the years since building a boutique brokerage with professionalism, discretion, and genuine care at its core.
Kari holds a BA in Latin American Studies from Wesleyan University and an MA from Tulane, and is a Fulbright Scholar in Chile — a background that shaped her rigor, curiosity, and connection to the city's diverse communities. Clients describe her service as truly "white glove": attentive, thorough, and grounded in an intimate knowledge of every street and corner of New Orleans.
Beyond real estate, Kari is deeply woven into the fabric of the city. She co-founded the International School of Louisiana — a public charter offering full-immersion programs in Spanish and French — and serves as President of the Krewe of Dolly, a nonprofit supporting Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.
